Your facilitator Suzanne Visser PhD

Suzanne Visser (1957) has spent 9 years (6 years at Charles Darwin University and 3 years at the University of Newcastle), studying Sustainable Justice and developing evaluation tools for lawmaking, and policy and procedure development. She is the only one in Australia specialised in Sustainable Justice, an emerging field, and cooperates with "the father of Sustainable Justice" Alexander de Savornin Lohman (1945) of the Centre for Sustainable Justice in the Netherlands. Together, they cover the common law and European civil law.

Suzanne has just finished her PhD thesis on the subject. Alexander is currently writing a book about Sustainable Justice after a lifetime of working in the field of Sustainable Justice, against the currents, back when the concept was still entirely unknown.

Suzanne is also specialised in employment law and knows a lot about space law. Sustainable lawmaking and policy innovation, however, is her passion. She advises governments, corporations, NGOs on rulemaking, lawmaking and policy and procedure development and sustainable HR practices.
